Momordica dioica 

Momordica dioica, commonly known as spiny gourd or spine gourd and also known as bristly balsam pear,


Kakrol is a species of flowering plant in the Cucurbitaceae/gourd family.



Kakrol that's scientific name is "Momordica dioica" is the very tasty fruit used as vegetable for making tasty curry.


Some spices, turmerics and piperine make Kakrol great for ever tasty food. 



Have to cut down within smaller in size to be cooked Kakrol then have to wash properly in the fresh water. 


After that this smaller size Kakrol ready to cooked. 


In the burning frypan have to pour oil, salt, turmerics, piperines and spicies made beautiful masala. Then have to mix with small size Kakrol and marsala. 



Within an half-hour the kakarol would be ready to serve.
